Kathmandu, March 20

Police have detained 194 people from different parts of the city on charge of breaching rules when playing Holi.

Officials said revelers were held from Durbar Marg, Thamel, Bhrikuti Mandap, Maharajgunj and Baneshwor areas. Kathmandu Police circle, Teku’s DSP Hobindra Bogati told Onlinekhabar that five of the detainees are women. They have been kept at the nearest police station.
